(32 year old born in Iceland living in KY)Gudmar is the team leader. Orginially from Iceland Gudmar has competed successfully since the age of 6. He is a graduate from Holar, an Equine college in Iceland, and a member of FT (the professional trainers associatoin in Iceland) Today Gudmar lives in KY where he runs an Icelandic horse operation with 40-50 horses. Gudmar has earned the highest degree Holar offers, a riding instructor and trainer B. There are only 5 A trainers in the world. |

(39 years old born in Iceland, living in KY)Hakon is Gudmar´s brother. Hakon is a FT member. He has worked with Icelandic horses in Austria, England and Italy, as well as the US and Iceland. Hakon has been succesful in competitions including being a world Championship finalist at the WC in Norway 1997. |

( 19 years old from KY)Carrie started riding with Gudmar when she was 6 years old and has not stopped since. Today she is without doubt one of the most promising Icelandic Horse riders in the US. She has competed very successfully and not only in her age group, but also been very successful in the adult classes. |

(27 years old from CA)Laura starded riding with Gudmar when she was 14 years old. She was the first US student to go through Holar Equine College in Iceland 6 years ago and become a member of FT. After being 2 years at Holar she graduated as a young horse trainer. At the moment she is back at Holar to finish her third year and get her instructor and competiton training degree. Laura has been running an Icelandic horse operation in CA where she lives when not in Iceland. |
